• Quote requests: when you use the quote form, call, or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the details you provide — typically your name, contact number or email, your vehicle and the service you're interested in.
• Nothing else: this website has no user accounts, does not set its own tracking cookies, and does not run advertising trackers.

2. How We Use It

• To reply to your enquiry, prepare your quote and manage your booking.
• To contact you about work on your vehicle — before, during and after the job (including aftercare support).
• We do not sell your details or add you to marketing lists.

3. Third-Party Services

• WhatsApp: if you contact us via WhatsApp, your messages are handled under WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
• Google Maps: the map on our homepage is embedded from Google, which may set its own cookies when it loads.
• Google Fonts: the site's fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives standard technical data (such as your IP address) when they load.
• Instagram: links and any embedded posts are governed by Instagram's own policies.

4. How Long We Keep It

We keep enquiry and booking details only as long as needed to carry out the work, honour warranties and meet basic business record-keeping obligations. Details from enquiries that don't become bookings are not kept long-term.

5. Photographs Of Your Vehicle

We sometimes photograph completed work for our website and social media. Registration plates can be obscured on request — and if you'd rather your vehicle wasn't featured at all, just tell us at drop-off.

6. Your Rights

• Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR), you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
• To do any of these, just contact us using the details below.
• If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
